- Choose 'Yes, I am the person being impersonated'
- Fill out the rest of the info and upload you ID with the address and ID number blacked out

I reported both of the pages the normal way and was going to report it this way as well but obviously don't have a copy of your ID. I think you might actually get something done about it if you go about it this way.

Fellow Scambaiters!

Thank you so much for the kind words and your help in giving my lad hell.

Especially that I no longer could, since my lad dropped me, and refused to respond to my desperate, full of hurt messages...

Until today that is. This worked:

Me: I really worry about us. I will send you money even tonight, just please say something. You are still flying to see me on Friday, right?

Lad: i am with lot of tears in my eyes,cos i feel u dont care about me the way i care about u sweetie.........well send the money this morning when u wake up,i will glad when u do so babe and yes we are still together........i love and care about u.....i will be really glad if u do it

I feel so bad now. Apparently I made him cry. I will hit him with the secure transfer tonight, we'll see how well it will work!

Welcome to eater, Mszczuj. Just wish it was under better circumstances

when baiting, I use a few simple rules:

Lads lie (even when they speak the truth)
Lads are ALWAYS wrong (even if it's your fault)
And it's your bait, don't let the lad tell you what to do.

I have a lad who started off as a romance bait, then I KILLED OFF the character and he's been in legal limbo ever since dealing with the Ditz's fake law firm.

With that in mind, I have sent a friend request to him from the Ditz. I need a bit of practice and your lad needs to be subjected to the "joys" that is the Aunt and her psychotic niece!

Let's hope he bites!

So what you guys are saying that I shouldn't tell him that I will send him the money tonight?

I don't want him to drop me again, and I really would love to try out that secure transfer website.

I made a mistake of "buying" him the tickets to see me too soon (this Friday) so I feel that as of Friday he will drop me anyway, since he can't really fly to see me on a fake Expedia eticket.

I realize that I am far from being a seasoned baiter. How do I get a mentor?

Mszczuj- You are doing nothing wrong! Every minute he spends with you is a minute taken away from a real victim. Get a mentor, in the mean time, the baiters here will help you with any questions you might have. You can pm any of the baiters here and they will help you. Trust me, I have turned to them when I was first starting out. Heck, I ask all the time, whether in a thread or through PM.

You have Ginger baiting him. When she gets done with him, he's going to think down is up, up is down, left is right and right is left. Now Chrysis & GTmama are involved, wow. I smell pain!!! It's the sweetest scent in the world.

I am glad you are here. I can't speak for everyone, I just know with me when a real victim comes to Eater it gives me an extra bit of adrenaline to inflict as much pain as possible.

I can only imagine how happy does he feel with his sudden surge of popularity... His profile was never that full of "friends", I made sure that I warned every female that was on his profile before. A couple real life ladies ignored my warnings, so they are still there. I don't know why would you do it.

I am dying to know what kind of fun all of you, experienced baiters, have with him. Will you share juiciest bits on this thread?

^^^^ You will know! Usually when a lad is hooked is when threads start showing up. Otherwise this forum would be hard to read considering all the emails sent. I haven't started baiting him, yet. Reported his FB. I am in the middle of some real life issues, in a week or two I will start baiting him. I can't wait to inflict on some serious pain on this guy.

ETA: If I get some juicy bits I will post them in this thread! I will probably have a whole thread on the bait, if I can hook him. Esmeralda will be soft and sweet at first, then the Irish in her will come out... Wink

I have so many questions about scambaiting.

Here is two the most burning ones.

There are two email addresses that some lads established to tarnish my good name.

[email protected] (I found out about it because Gmail notified me.)

[email protected] (that is the address that my lad gave me)

Is there anything that can be done as far as hostile take over?

I don't have an answer, besides talking with Gmail, but if you post your question in the Scambaiting Help, Hints & Tips forum, one or more of the more seasoned baiters might. There is a wealth of information there and at Eater University . It's A LOT to absorb at one sitting, but those forums are full of answers that many of us newbies can benefit from.

SomeBuddyAtHome is absolutely right. And even though you have promised him those things doesn't mean you can't just ignore his requests if he asks. Talk to him about the weather, work (fake) issues, that asshole boss of yours, your brother/sister/cousin. Just completely ignore what he is saying and control this bait the way you want it to go. If he balks, give him a slap "You dont love me anymore?"

If you want to proceed with the money angle, what I have suggested to a few is the ol I went to WU and the clerk advised me that this may be fraudelent, got in a big arguement, now I'm banned from that store, have to go out of town to find another, my car broke down on the way, now I have to wait until payday etc. Spread it out... take your time, be patient. Your the one running the show here.

Thank you for your help. As of today, the scumbag that used my family photos for scamming lost his facebook page. This is a great relief.

It kind of put a dent in my scambaiting experience I talked to this guy for nearly 2 months now. I will try email.

But in the mean time I was contacted by a rich widow who inherited all this money from her late husband and wants to deposit it in my account. But this a topic for another conversation. I am so looking forward to this.

Mszczuj, small victories when you have been a victim are worth celebrating. I agree- with the baiters who are baiting him now, he will feel so much pain and then question other victims and lose them. Some will stay attached despite your best efforts- romance victims have a hard time with the truth. Took a lot to get me to see it. Now I'm on this side and see it unfold. I take special pleasure in twisting the ones who are the best at it.
Every time you get a new scammer hooked, consider that another victory against the scumbag who did that to you. He has no idea how much hell he has released on the scamming world by what he did to you.
