Is your first language English?
If so, please read the following:
1) Applications must be filled out by applicants
an applicant is someone wishing to become a member
that member will then be cleared to obtain church funds in case of an emergency.

2) I am not an applicant.

3) If I fill out your application, it will be denied since I'm already a Reverend here.

4) If I fill out your application, I will be cheating. You will be cheating.
You won't be able to access funds if you cheat and I won't have my position here at the church if I cheat for you.

Does that clear anything up?

I do have a few people I need to get back to. There's a young female who has her son here looking for a place to stay for the night.
I feel so bad for her. Her husband beats her. I need to find a shelter for them.

I know that women's literacy rate of some countries in Africa are very low. If average is some 60%, women literacy should be much more lower than that.
If this laddy is illiterate, pastor or teacher or any other guardian helps fill in the form, and by some cases charge for providing writing skills. But since this laddy reads and writes and sends email, she should not excuse saying need the greedy pastor to do the documentation.

I think since all these questions are so hard for her, and since she's begging for help filling them out and all, the least she could do is tell you which questions she's having trouble with! Certainly she can type out each question she is finding difficult and each reason why in an email, right?
