I have drafted a tentative power of attorney and affidavit of oath based on your partner request and information which will be notarized on my chambers letter head after the signature of the party involved at the Federal High Court Here In Dakar Senegal.
After due consultations with the Chief registrar and the commissioner of oath at the Federal High Court, the commissioner of oath informed me that it will officially cost the sum of US$360 dollar only to notarize the power of attorney but the poverty alleviation levy imposed by government of Senegal on any investor in the country in the category of such fund income is US$530 dollar which must be paid to Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
MY legal processing fee is ....US$200
The payment receipt would be tendered to the Federal High Court before the power of attorney is notarized. The funds in the Bank is a guarantee to you as the next-of-kin, you should arrange and send the (US$1,090 Dollars ) to enable me commence and conclude all actions on the authentication of the power of attorney / affidavit of oath at the Federal High Court registry.
The total sum amounts to US$1,090 and the documents can only be notarized after the payment has been made and payment receipt issued by the Federal Inland Revenue office.
The fastest means to send this money is through Western Union or money gram transfer service. My update

Kaz received request from attorney to pay 420USD via WU, so asked for proper bank account. Hopefully tomorrow bank acct!!! BTW, I hate these lawyer's CAP only email. Feel like TLDR.
He has another girlfriend Helen, just started interaction.

Vic is still resisting use of his bank account and insist girl to open account in HK. They agreed. Anyway, their purpose is to get lawyer fee etc. so probably no matter the bank account for the girl'a find is Vic's fake bank account # or the girl's.
