Let's see, she is in the middle of a typhoon that has done so much damage that there are missing roofs. Yet, internet and cell phones work. She has 1/2 hour to go online and the person she contacts is someone she just met on a dating site. That is so kind of her to write. Good thing she is alive. I wonder how she is going to get her roof fixed? I hope she has funds to fix it. Wink

She still has her camera even. I got several photos of her and the sweet potatoes and cannot see any actual damage in the backgrounds.

Good morning my lover! How are you? I am kind of glad to hear that your mayor is building up a few new homes but that will barely scratch the surface of the real damage that has happened. I know you have to begin somewhere and this is a start.

I was watching this on the news and the last report I see the body count is over 10,000 and still climbing as they have yet to uncover those that are under all the debris. It is very ugly to see on the TV and I am so glad my baby is alive.

As I understood it from the news the US and a few other nations are doing their best to bring in food and supplies to your people and any shops remaining have pretty well been looted by people.

Are there even any banks left standing in your area? I am not sure what money would do for you in this situation when there are no store to shop in and no electric to run the registers or coolers.

I am glad you have your friend to stay with.

Good morning baby! How are you doing today? We are hearing a whole lot about your situation there and the news is not good. It is sad to see so many hurt and dead and even worse that any place that had food or water has been looted.

The Army just put more troops there and the Red cross is trying to get food and water distributed to help. Money is not the right answer. There is nothing to buy and no stores to buy it from so it is useless in this situation.

It is rather amazing that a money gram office withstood all that. It is nice that people will have the means to get money but the stores and the food and clothes and everything else have to be put back in the stores. And I never use those kind of places for any reason my dear. Those places are unsafe and unsavory.

I certainly don't mind helping you but money doesn't fix this.

Hello again my dear I am very happy to read from you. Honey you are talking as though you have an option. There is nothing to buy, it has been stolen. There is not even anything left to steal according to the news. There is no drinking water except for what one of the Naval ships is creating for the people. I would imagine that even the money grams or whatever that were still standing have even been hit but we haven't heard that for sure.
