What a horrid doctor, letting her die because she needs life support? What type of doctor is he? Especially when he knows she's a rich widow who has money coming to her or you. Surely they can contact the lawyer to know that you are working on getting funds transferred.

^^^^ Girl I feel your pain!!! I have problems with it myself. And herniated disks, DDD, spondy... The list goes on and on. Thankfully I'm off the narcotics but every now and then it flares up and I have to take them for a week or two. I tweaked it about a month ago picking up some damn laundry! I hope the surgery helps you! I know the pain makes life miserable!

^^^ I so want to be off the narcotics (not looking forward to the weaning though, have been on and off narcotics for many years now) withdraw is the pits! I have Crohn's disease and the narcotics really mess up the GI track. I just want one day, pain free you know? Well, since I emailed my personal banker to get this expidited I didn't receive anything but a verbal confirmation. I don't know why you would presume to know how my bank works. Every transfer I've ever made has taken at least 3 days to show up so how is this one supposed to be immediate? I'm beginning to feel weird about this.

Sir, with all dues respect, why would I give you my account number? My bank is the Metro Bank of Dade County(closed bank). That's about all you need to know. Keep watching your bank and you'll see $3500 transferred in.

GT, you probably know all this but EFT usually take 3-5 business days, allowing for time zones. My line which is actually true, is an email request for EFT produces no paper-you can check you on line balance, see the debit with a code that indicates an EFT. So all you have is your e-mail, which I've printed out for the most stubborn lad. You can also refer to the Federal Paperwork reduction Act, or The Envirmental Protection act which All of which actually workmakes transactions paperless.

Sir, I have sent the bank information that I was given by Dr Barry to my bank. He said Helena is fine. I haven't heard from him so I guess he got the money and is busy moving Helena to a new hospital. I'm not sure if you know but he lost his job trying to save her life. Because of that he's moving her to the new place. I'm sure he will email me once he has her in place.

It's a quandary, I want to yell at these lads that NO hospital in the USA, the United Kingdom or any other developed country, will allow a person to die because of lack of payment. That would be educating the lads. On the other hand, a real victim would see right through this BS and know (s)he's being scammed!

I'm still on the ship. I suggested to you that I take a supply ship off the cruise liner but you didn't tell me to go ahead and do it. I told you I was gonna go to my bank but that was supposed to be only if I took the supply ship. You didn't tell me to so I didn't! God, this is getting so damn frustrating!

I made the transfer. I told you that days ago. I called my banker. I didn't get any slip. I called the bank and they said there isn't any kind of thing like that here! He just told me to tell you to check your bank again. It's supposed to take 3-5 days. How long has it been since I sent it?

Please get this all settled.

^^^^ We all know they need it to prove to the account holder that the money is theirs. That's the reason they fight and lie about it. It's funny how they almost always reply that "Their bank said...." I love your responses on how they don't make bank policy in the US Laughing

There is no way a bank will make a transfer without give the account
holder Customer Copy of the Transfer Slip or Receipt . How can a local
transfer takes up to 3 days or more, from US bank to another US bank?

I will advise to look for any possible way and come out from the ship
and go to your and make the transfer, or you resend the above bank
account to your banker and instruct hi to make the transfer
immediately and send to you the Transfer Receipt or Slip via your
email.

Sir, I thing my conscience will not judge if anything happen to Mrs

Why doesn't the good doctor dip into his own money and "save her life". Didn't he take the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm? Wouldn't not administering care be totally against that? I think if he does nothing, because of money, then he is at fault.

Ask the name of the hospital because you are going to write and call the local news agencies and tell all what is going on with this poor woman!

As for when I sent the transfer, go back and look in my emails that I sent you. I don't have time to be reading back through all that was said. I've told you all of that before.
