case or for small road expenses, i paid them to reduce my debt sum. So
now i have to find another 182 euro (245 US Dollars).
I will not be permitted to get on my flight until i pay this debt in full amount!!! This act came into force
recently and i didn't knew about that, but still i feel myself so stupid and i can't stop blaming myself
because of this all. I start searching for this cash right after i was told about my utility debt, sadly
i have nobody i can ask for cash in Moscow, no friends or relatives here. I also can't reach Sveta or
any other peoples i know to ask for help. I also tried to get some cash from the governmental program i am
participating in, i asked them to give me a part of my grand right here without reaching your country but i was told
that this grant is for educational purposes only and they will not pay any kinds of my debts. So, this is the
situation i am in here, i have no cash left with me, i can't find any although i tried like mad. I feel myself
so low-spirited. Charley you are my one and only hope in this situation! I swear to you, as soon as i'll
reach you and get my 14000 euro from the embassy i'll give every cent back to you! All i need now is to pay the

Lads and vlads can sure go on and on and on about the money. I stopped counting how many sentences (s)he asked for cash.

I received my first pm from Russia, I will see how that turns out. I think they have a different mo?

My eyeballs roll up inside my head with long, one paragraph and lacking punctuation emails. I am not a grammar police at all, (my grammar sucks at times) but dang, how a period, comma and carriage return can make all the difference. I have found myself restructuring the messages just so I can read them!

We've already heard about Russia doesn't let utilities accept electronic transactions and some US Act prohibits wire transfer (bullcrap), plus temper tantrums. Wonder how he'll reply to this:

If you don't have a Russian Driver's license, I suppose you can get one in Topeka. You'll have to pass a Driver's test and a written test, but your English is more than good enough. Bring your passport with you. If you pass both, you get a temporary until they send you the FCL. If you like, we can do some practice drives-the roads outside of the city run straight into farm land and aren't difficult.

Topeka can have rotten winters but nowhere near as bad as Moscow. I usually like to head on down to the Caribbean around New Year's for a week. Since you are looking at a 5 month, we may need to check out whether you'll need a visa.

Sweetheart, I not only received your earlier email-I replied to it. Donna emailed the bank to do the EFT. No forms or paper required. So even if Svetlana is not too bright on the paperwork, no problem All she has to do is check the balance in 3-5 days.

I understand what you are working on-cultural anthropology.Don't see any reason why the University here wouldn't work for you. If you want to interview Mari who have immigrated, you could do some traveling. I could come along and make sure you are nice and relaxed after your hard work, my Russian doll.

So Moscow is a disappointment? Big cities are big cities, no matter if they have some old and beautiful areas. Which is why I didn't like Rome either-a big city with ruins.
