I've come across numerous sites promising $200+ per day for what seems to be very little work. All of these sites provide testimonials from satisfied members, complete with pics of bank statements that all seem suspiciously similar. Naturally, you have to pay to enter this elite club of high-earning do-littlers. Are all of these scams or are some of them genuine?

I would say it sounds like a scam. I.E they want YOU to pay up front and then the work never materialises. I have never seen a genuine job where you have to pay your employer.

Is there any chance that you can post the URLs of some of these ?

They are scams.

-Most of them are just after your payment, and won't offer anything in return, or they will simply give you a list of links to other websites you could have googled yourself.
-a few will turn into pyramid schemes, offering you a chance to make your money back by recruiting others.
-a few will turn into illegal activities, such as fake check scams.
-a very small number will actually offer you the opportunity to make money, but in general, the work will be much greater and the profit much smaller than they promise--think of them as the home gym in an infomercial. They show the one person who went on a strict diet, worked out 6 hours a day, and lost 100 pounds (they may even have a tiny "results atypical" disclaimer to make it legal.) What they won't mention is the other 100,000 people who didn't lose an ounce.
